- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
5. Intellectual Property
- All content, designs, campaigns, and materials created by BlackWood Heights Digital remain our property until full payment is received.
- Upon full payment, ownership of deliverables transfers to the client, unless otherwise agreed.
- We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary information, business strategies, and sensitive data shared during the course of engagement.
7. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- We do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., rankings, sales, or conversions), as results depend on multiple external factors.
8. Termination
- Either party may terminate services with written notice.
- Any outstanding fees for work completed up to termination must be paid.
- Certain obligations (confidentiality, payment, liability) will survive termination.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising from or in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Consumer Courts in Jammu & Kashmir, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
